Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or accessing ThoughtBook LM (Application ID: com.inov8ing.thoughtbook.lm, the "App") or its web services provided by Inov8ing ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. Software License
Inov8ing grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App for your personal and professional note-taking purposes strictly in accordance with these terms.
3. User Content & Ownership
You retain 100% full ownership, intellectual property rights, and copyright to all notes, reflections, documents, and media that you create or store within ThoughtBook LM. We claim zero ownership over your content.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App or its AI services, including attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt our API services, or utilize the cognitive features for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activities.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The App and its AI thinking partner tools are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While our cognitive models strive for maximum accuracy, AI outputs should be reviewed by users. Inov8ing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
